Operations & Community Coordinator

As Elite Pickleball continues to grow, we’re excited to open a new position and expand our team.

We are currently hiring an Operations & Community Coordinator to help us deliver high-quality programs, build our community, and support upcoming events like the Montreal Open.

Compensation

$25/hour (approximately $52,000/year full-time)
Performance-based bonuses, including:
- Sponsorships (Montreal Open)
- External clinics & events
- Partnerships
